So she's sitting here like..... what..................does any of this mean... what am I supposed to do with this? She doesn't like to think too hard on it all and has kind of been trying to avoid doing that. She'd rather they make out and blood drink (and maybe even do more than simply making out and blood-drinking) without trying to analyze it all because that just confuses her.
And then her getting a little jealous in her recent memory when Zero and Maria were working together has her feeling even more vexed because like............. she's enjoyed making out with dva (and that once with Paloma) so she doesn't/didn't have the right to get all jealous. SHE JUST WANTS TO TOP EVERYONE GOSH. But her head keeps waring with the fact that her body is like. Just do the thing. Top the world and enjoy every moment of it, what's so wrong with that? I think the fact that she's a vampire makes it easier to play into those urges since... vampires are generally sensual and into indulging in what they want/like to begin with.
